RETREAT WAIVER FORM
Retreat Cancellation Policy: I understand if I cancel 60-Days prior to the retreat 50% of the retreat cost is non-refundable, and only 50% is refundable. Any cancelation made after 60-Days prior to the retreat is non-refundable.
Accommodation & 2 meals are provided daily (brunch & dinner), all travel & insurance are up to each individual.
Travel insurance including health coverage and trip cancelation coverage is highly recommended.
