RETREAT WAIVER FORM

Retreat Cancellation Policy: I understand if I cancel 60-Days prior to the retreat 50% of the retreat cost is non-refundable, and only 50% is refundable. Any cancelation made after 60-Days prior to the retreat is non-refundable.

Accommodation and two meals (brunch and dinner) are provided daily. Brunch is not included on the first day, and Dinner is not included on the last day. All travel and insurance arrangements are the responsibility of each individual.

Travel insurance including health coverage and trip cancelation coverage is highly recommended.
